Karron grew up in Leeton and went to school there until 2001. After school she worked in hospitality until she moved to QLD and trained as an Assistant In Nursing, working in aged care until 2020. Karron joined the at iSmile team in October 2020. Karron enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years and her 2 daughters and 2 sons.
